Exalt Impact Network is a Christian faith-driven social impact organization. We work at the intersection of faith, development, protection, leadership and community transformation to create sustainable impact for vulnerable populations and future generations.

Our History
Exalt Impact Network was established in response to the growing need for integrated and sustainable solutions to the challenges facing communities across Africa and beyond.
Poverty, inequality, environmental degradation, weak governance, family breakdown and spiritual challenges are interconnected. The organization was founded to provide holistic, faith-informed responses.
Today, we work across leadership development, environmental stewardship, protection, education, economic empowerment, health and faith formation.

Mr. Winestone Shivachi
Founder / Executive Director
A programme and project management professional with more than 20 years of experience with international NGOs, foundations and community organisations across East and Southern Africa, including Hivos East Africa. From 2021 to 2024 he led the introduction of finswimming in Kenya. He provides strategic leadership and governance oversight.
Ms. Janet Ratemo
Director, Finance
Brings experience in financial and administrative support, institutional management and accountability. She contributes to financial stewardship, budgeting and expenditure controls.
Pst. Michael Nabalia
Board Director, Secretary
A programme implementation and environmental development professional with experience in MEAL, safeguarding and climate resilience, and a Christian minister and creative arts leader.
